Shipping policy

All products are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-5 business days upon receipt of payment. Shipping times may be longer than initially estimated and are not the responsibility of MIND Works Art Co. If a product has not bee received within 10 business of the estimated arrival time please reach out to me and we will work to resolve the issue, including potential replacement or refunds if the product is lost in transit.
