Peace of Mind Print Club is a monthly mail club bringing a little extra joy and colour to art and animal lovers around the world. Every month a new animal will be chosen for a theme and a package full of heartfelt goodies will arrive at your doorstep via untracked stamped snail mail!

    FAQs

    When will my mail ship and when should I expect to receive it?

    Mail is shipped the as soon as possible after you sign up and when each month's goodies are ready.

    The monthly cut-off date is the last day of each month.

    Please allow up to 14 business days for Canadian orders and up to 21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation for it to arrive.

    If your mail hasn't arrived after this timeframe, please email me at mindworksartcompany@gmail.com.

    How do i make changes to my address/email/subscription?

    You can update your shipping address, billing information, and manage all of your account details using the subscription portal when logging in to my site. Please reach out to me if you have any challenges at all!

    When do subscriptions renew each month?

    Subscriptions new each month on the day of the month that you first sign up until cancelled.

    My mail arrived damaged. What do I do?

    Firstly, sorry that this happened! Please email me at mindworksartcompany@gmail.com with your name and photos of the damage. I will respond ASAP and we can arrange for a replacement of damaged items.
